    CLINICAL SPECIALIST PELVIC HEALTH PHYSIOTHERAPIST

    Director of Station House Health & Wellbeing and Clinical Specialist Pelvic Health Physiotherapist. Gillian offers assessment and management of pelvic health issues such as incontinence, prolapse, constipation and pelvic pain. She also provides support and assistance through menarche, childbirth, the post natal period and during peri and post menopause.

  • Jilly Bond

    CLINICAL SPECIALIST PELVIC HEALTH PHYSIOTHERAPIST

    With over 14 years' experience in the field and involvement in international pelvic pain research, Jilly provides a highly evidence-based and holistic approach to resolving pelvic issues. Jilly offers treatments for pelvic health issues including pelvic pain, incontinence, vaginal prolapse, painful intercourse, pregnancy and postnatal issues and endometriosis.

    SPECIALIST PELVIC HEALTH PHYSIOTHERAPIST

    Owner of Shakira Hassan Physiotherapy, Shakira is a Specialist Pelvic Health Physiotherapist who offers assessment and treatment of incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse and pelvic pain. Shakira also offers Pilates classes and acupuncture therapy.

    SPECIALIST PELVIC HEALTH PHYSIOTHERAPIST

    Kathryn is a Pelvic Health Physiotherapist assisting women with problems such as incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse. She also provides assessment and management of pregnancy related problems such as pelvic girdle pain, lower back pain, sciatica and core dysfunction. Kathryn is based at Station House Health & Wellbeing with weekend availability.

    MUSCULOSKELETAL & PELVIC HEALTH PHYSIOTHERAPIST

    PILATES INSTRUCTOR

    Owner of Rhiset Health, Rhiannon is a Musculoskeletal Specialist Physiotherapist with a special interest in Women’s Pelvic Health.

    She is also a Clinical Pilates instructor with training in pre and postnatal and Pilates for performance.

    “I love the whole body benefit that Pilates can provide. It is a fantastic addition to rehabilitation, pain modulation and for improving general health and wellbeing.”

  • Lowri Culley

    SPECIALIST MASSAGE THERAPIST & FEMALE SPECIFIC PERSONAL TRAINER

    Lowri provides myofascial release to ease tensions, aches and pains.

    She also brings her anatomical and biomechanical experience to help women build strength with a specific focus on synchronising their breath and pelvic floor to lift safely, build muscle and feel amazing.

    Women concerned about the effects of training on incontinence, prolapse and pain will benefit from sessions with Lowri.

    Treatment uses strength and mobility training, soft tissue massage, general movement, and education in order to help you get out of pain and enjoy movement and life.

    SPECIALIST FASCIA PHYSIOTHERAPIST

    Libby is an experienced physiotherapist and is certified in Fascial Manipulation - Stecco Method. Stecco Method aims to restore gliding between tissues & balances tissue tension throughout the body. Treatments can address new injuries, old injuries, chronic pain and soft tissue tension that can affect organs or the skin.

    Libby is also qualified to offer Scar Therapy treatments to improve aesthetics of scars, decrease symptoms of healing scars as well as improve the movement of the surrounding tissues.

    PHYSIOTHERAPIST

    Louise is a Physiotherapist specialising in supporting adults to remain strong, active and maintain their independence as they age. She assists with falls risk reduction, promotes fitness later in life and assesses and treats "niggles" before they become a concern.

    Lottie offers treatments for a vast range of conditions including back and neck pain, migraines, sinus issues, lymphatic issues, allergies, stress, plantar fasciitis and is particularity interested in sports performance and mental well being.

    AESTHETIC DOCTOR

    I have trained in Facial Aesthetics and now offering anti-wrinkle consultations and treatment in the Vale of Glamorgan. I also offer vitamin injections. I also offer prescription services to practitioners that need assistance with this.

    Julie is a founding member of Valued Minds & is a trained integrative counsellor, qualified to postgraduate level with considerable experience in bereavement, loss and trauma and having worked extensively within the areas of self-harm and substance misuse. Julie is also a counsellor for Macmillan.

    ART PSYCHOTHERAPIST

    Sarah is a member of the Therapy Collective and is a registered Art Psychotherapist, she works using a psychodynamic model that examines and considers unconscious expressions a client brings to the therapeutic space, in addition to their conscious words and actions.

    Tracy has 20+ years experience and works independently with individuals, couples and families either face to face or online.

    Her main specialist areas of treatment include eating disorders, family therapy, relationships, supervision and trauma.

    Rachel is a baby and child sleep consultant (up to age 4). With over 15 years professional experience supporting families, Rachel is passionate about supporting families with sleep deprivation. Rachel uses evidence based approaches to create an individual plan that works for you and your family. Rachel offers individual sessions as well as workshops and training.
